We hired Air Van for our move from Bellevue to Houston. They had come over to our house to give us an estimate based on the size of our goods. Once we finalized the deal we were given the boxes as we had selected the option of moving only i.e Packing was done by us. They had a move manager assigned to us and she was in contact with us regarding the time and date of pick up. we were informed the time of pick up in advance and they even called us a day before to remind us. They had come at the time specified and wrapped all the furniture and loaded the luggage.we were given an estimate time of the arrival of goods in Houston. They had called us to inform the date and time the goods will be delivered to our house. They had come and unwrapped all the furniture and there was NO DAMAGE to any of the stuff which was excellent. The staff that picked up the luggage and that delivered it, all were good.
Bottom Line- Very Impressed by their communication and the fact they keep the customer informed which is what the customer expects. Importantly no scratch to any of our luggage. Service well done

Air Van Moving recently moved us out of our 2500 square foot house. We could not have been happier with the service we received. The crew were fantastic – professional, hardworking, polite and efficient. They took care of everything we needed, and didn’t cause any damage to our walls or belongings as they moved things out (something we have experienced with previous movers). The person we coordinated with at the office, Ruth, was genuine, funny, efficient, professional and kind. All around, Air Van made a stressful experience as unstressful as it could be. Thank you, Air Van! We highly recommend them to anyone looking for a moving company!

Worst movers I have ever experienced!!! Incompetent and inconsiderate staff. I wouldn’t trust these people to ship something locally much less across the country ever again. Be aware if you use this company, the communication you will receive will be zero related the status of your move. They will delay, delay and delay and then increase the charges by 40% from original estimate with no back up. Find another mover!! I’ve moved every five years my entire life and this move with this company is the worst I have ever seen.

Air Van made my move quick and easy! The movers were friendly, efficient, and on time. They ensured all of my belongings were packed and wrapped the right way to avoid damage. They even took apart my Ikea furniture and put it back together in order to get it down the stairs – and we all know how difficult that is! The service was fantastic. Will definitely use for my next move!

We used Air Van for a recent move because they gave us the most reasonable price quote. Once they got there to do the work, it was immediately apparent why the price was so low. They were horrible to work with.
We went through two rounds of surveys for the quote, and when the movers got there, they said they needed an additional $2000 because it was more work than what had been quoted by their surveyor. We ended up having to rent a U-Haul to finish the move because we refused to pay the extra money they wanted, but that meant they wouldn’t move all of our belongings.
Only one of the movers was any good at packing and they packed up the kitchen and dining room. The rest were horrible at packing, we still haven’t been able to find a lot of our belongings because things were packed in such a way that they couldn’t be immediately identified, such as mixing items from multiple rooms together into one box.
Our belongings were loaded into two trucks, stored overnight in their facility. That night it rained and one of the trucks had a leak in it which resulted in water damage to a number of our items. They lost one of our concrete statues. They broke a number of pieces of antique china while unloading when one of the movers just dropped a box on it’s side, while the box was clearly marked as containing china, and because the china was not packed by them, they wouldn’t cover the damage. Lastly, we had to disassemble a sliding door to help them move furniture from the old place, and they ended up loosing the parts to the sliding door in the process.
I would never recommend using Air Van for your moving needs.
