We used this company in Loveland CO for our move to Texas. Packers were excellent and fast. The guys who loaded the truck and the crew that unloaded at our destination were polite, friendly, careful, and fast. The driver instilled confidence that everything would go well. I would highly recommend this commend this company for your own move.

Worst Company , DO NOT PAY. STAY AWAY. Emails to prove they will pay for our services which were provided at their request. Then once service provided, they DID NOT PAY. CANNOT REACH THEM EVEN AFTER COLLECTION AGENCY ENGAGED. Arpin knows if they ignore our attempts to collect, eventually the statute of limitations will apply. STAY AWAY. WORST COMPANY IN THE WORLD. Coastal Van lines was a joy to work with. Ron was the team leader the day of the move. They were efficient (Andres and Cas assisted) . They were flexible and made suggestions when I was unsure of furniture locations. I vigorously recommend them!

This was, by far, the worst long-distance move I have ever experienced. I knew nothing about Arpin and only learned about them from the local movers, Stinelli Brothers, I had used previously. They did the local part and then another Arpin company, Daly Moving out of California, picked up my goods from Stinelli Brothers. Stinelli Brothers were very professional. I have no quarrel with them. Daly, on the other hand, was uncommunicative with regards to why my goods were delayed. The window for delivery was between 9/27/2019 and 10/7/2019, a period of 11 days. My stuff arrived on October 11, 2019, in the afternoon, four days late. Arpin did compensate me for the late delivery. I later learned that the truck had broken down twice and that they had to change drivers. I was not informed of these facts. During this move, small things were lost, e.g., a Kenmore Vacuum Cleaner part and a special mop to clean laminate floors. They damaged several things as well such as a wood veneer card table, an Ikea lamp and a wooden ladder. I do not expect any reimbursement because I took out a $500 deductible insurance policy in case of a catastrophic event. The burden is on me to fix and replace these items. I understand that these reviews do not impact the BBB Rating. That is unfotunate since this is where the rubber meets the road. I would have given them no stars. Bottom line – do not use them.
