Over all experience is very good. I would suggest that the organization could be more careful and mindful to tailor the size of packing materials and train the team to be increasingly conscious of use of material from environment point of view.

About my moving experience : Corona time : It was very difficult for me, to arrange everything without having a person coming to my home and going through all the items to be shipped and explained to me and answer all my question. The survey has been arranged by video. Other companies had no difficulties to send a person. So, all in all I was not pleased with the handling. The moving crew was really very good and handled everything very professionally.

Absolutely fantastic team. Good communication and very responsive. Prepared to be flexible and listened to concerns and direction. Great coordinator!

The supervisor is very friendly, professional, and punctual. The workers did packing very well and fast also. The packing is good and neat

Everything regarding the Thailand part of the move went well. The office team were always helpful and friendly – a pleasure to work with. The packing crew arrived late, apparently due to bad traffic in Bangkok. The packing went well anyway. At delivery in UK, the container truck arrived ahead of time, but the unloading crew arrived more than an hour late as they went to my home address, not the designated delivery address – unsure where the error occurred. I had to make several phone calls to find out why they hadn’t showed up. The unloading went well otherwise.
