I hired Atlas for a long distance move from NYC to MIA.
Super professional and friendly staff. The guy came to my apt for a in person estimate. The price was fair compared to similar competitors. The communication throughout the delivery window was also very clear and frequent with Danny, Christina (at the office) and the driver, which gave me peace of mind. The delivery was done on the promised day/time. As off the furniture, I had only one minor issue with a peace of furniture (a broken wheel of a chest, nothing major) which was fixed by the delivery crew right away, so no trouble. I recommend this company for long distance moving.

This organization has had my items since May 25 2021. Told that 1st delivery date would be 5/31/21. The day came and went limited to no response from company. Got a text on June 4 stating my items would be in transport. Called on June 9 and again items never left Houston
I have called and called left multiple messages to no avail. This is a very disorganized company and the right and left hand have no idea what the other is doing

The movers were on time, friendly and efficient. I had several IKEA pieces and they all came through fine nothing was broken. I was impressed that it was just two guys who moved all of my stuff from a house to a 2nd floor apartment–including my large sectional.

The move went very smooth. They were on time for pick up and delivery. No damage at all.

There was a miscommunication about the time the movers were meant to arrive. We’d chosen a time block between 9 and 10am (or we thought we had anyway), but when we called they said the movers had been scheduled to come between noon and 2pm. It set our move back to be sure, but the movers themselves were friendly, professional and efficient. They wrapped up our furniture up so nothing would get damaged. Very satisfied, even despite the miscommunication!
