Upon arriving to my final destination (was in storage for a few months) found this is how they packed the boxes. A few of them were practically empty. One wardrobe box with a small box of toys 95% empty, another with just 5-6 items of clothing. A medium box with a small lamp shade. Other lamp shades not packed at all. When I emailed them to let them know of the problem I was told to file an insurance claim for loss or damage. Seems more like inappropriate packing to me. Would definitely never trust this company to pack.

The movers came ahead of time and finished early. They were courteous, efficient, resourceful getting a platform bed moved, and no issues with any of our furniture.

This was our fourth move with Von Paris. Once again, it was just a fantastic experience from start to finish. Preplanning was excellent and detailed, including prepping our home to prevent any damage from moving heavy items. The team was conscientious, dedicated and eager to please at every turn. They cared for our belonging and our home as if they were their own. The packing and moving was exceptional, without a scratch, dent or break anywhere, including delicate china and crystal. The pricing for both moving and storage was fair and reasonable. They are consummate professionals. It was a pleasure to work with Von Paris and we will certainly use them again.

Based on my experience, Von Paris Moving & Storage can’t be beat and gets full marks for exceptional performance. They delivered over 200 boxes to support a community project for graduates of ************** going to college. They helped us every step of the way in coordinating the move – including two different pick up locations! All the packages arrived in perfect condition. The men were not only friendly and a pleasure to work with but also incredibly efficient. The move could not have gone more smoothly or quickly. My boyfriend and I moved twice in the last 6 months. We had the pleasure of using V******** Moving & Storage both times. They helped move us to our new apartment in March and just yesterday moved us into our new home. I have personally moved 7 times over the last 8 years with other moving providers. After numerous moves with other companies, I have to say V******** was among the best experiences I have had. Matt V******** was my sales consultant. Dante was the sales coordinator. Each time they gathered information of my inventory and provided a quote that was very accurate in terms of hours of labor, # of crew members, packaging, materials, etc. Very reasonably priced and their services are above and beyond. Our moving crews were great both times. Maurice from our move in March was there for our 2nd move so it was great to see a familiar face. Our other 2 crew members, Paul & Derwood, were very hardworking, friendly & professional. The crew made sure to use padding to protect our pieces of furniture which I’ve seen multiple companies pass on that extra measure of protections. We had a fantastic move. I highly recommend their services.
