I started using Bisson this year when my previous moving company was unable to move items into homes without marking up walls and being insanely unorganized/rude/condescending. It has been a month now and I am pretty content. I have worked with two different crews and both were on time and very careful with items and my clients’ homes. The pricing is better than what I have been paying for the past 6 years, too.
I am a little confused about all the reviews-there are almost 20 positive ones hidden by Yelp’s algorithms. I know cross country moves are rough, and no company is perfect, but I have found that good communication, pricing, and good folks who care generally make for a pretty good moving experience. I deliver to clients several times per month so this is a pretty important professional service.

Bisson provided the WORST moving experience we have ever had. Bobby talks a good line but when there is a problem he does not return your call. Darren, the GM, is unprofessional and also does nothing to remedy problems due to their in lack of professionalism. We had broken items, the items they packed were simply shoved into boxes inappropriately, we had a lost box, not to mention they overcharged and did not get our items to us in a timely manner. Writing on intake sheet is barely legible! I would NEVER recommend them to anyone (this coming from someone who has made several moves the the last few years and never had such a bad experience!)
