This is just going to be a quick review. F** this company and whoever this Rob guy is. He was rude and verbally harassing my wife on the phone, and when she hung up on him because he was being vulgar and obtuse, he continued by harassing her in an email, that HE initiated. Business like this should tolerated. Do NOT do business with this company. Side note they hide their address so you cannot submit a Google review. Don’t use them, EVER!

Their “Senior Moving Specialist” Rob swore at me, yelled and proceeded to insult me over the phone, swearing and yelling. He would not give me his companies name and I spent personal time researching it. I would never hire these people and want a full apology from the owner (if that is not Rob himself-whom I suspect it is) Do not hire!

Wow.. This is a garbage company, overall they are rude, unhelpful, and Rob is a miserable person to deal with. Rob Pierce, not only lied to me and mislead the services they offered but as a
Senior Account Executive he should be fired for the way he treats customers.
I spent over 3000$ to move across the country and I have no clue where my stuff is or when it will arrive. They did not show up on time to pick up my stuff which almost caused me to miss my flight.
If you want a company to screw you over and leave you in the dark. Choose this company. If you want to waste your money and feel angry and worried. Choose this company.
If you want someone who isn’t complete trash, literally choose anyone else.

On December 12th I had my stuff picked up from Seattle Washington. I was told my stuff would arrive at my new place in North York Ontario during the first week of January.
The movers arrived for the pick up at about 9:00 am and had everything loaded by 2:00 pm. They were very polite and efficient. They gave me a list of everything they loaded and cleaned up after they finished.
On January 4th they called and said the delivery would be the next day at approximately 1:00 pm. At 1:30 they arrived and unloaded all my stuff. They were quick and had everything unloaded before 4:00 pm. They put everything where I wanted with no fuss.
Throughout this move I dealt Rob Pierce. He was polite and very professional. He handled customs and kept me informed along the way. I highly recommend this company.
