CanWest vanlines were detailed, gave us very specific information about their services and how much it costs. Based on what we’ve experienced, we recommended them to our friends who will be moving to Washington next summer.

No one showed up on moving day! CanWest Van Lines did! At the last minute when everyone else said “no” or wanted to charge us triple costs- CanWest Van Lines took mercy on our souls and never took advantage! They had a available truck and never even charged us a rush charge. Everyone else said it was $500 to $2000 more, just for the rush charge. We had perfectly smooth transition from Maryland to Windsor, thanks to CanWest Van Lines. They even did our documents for the border. She was great. Well done CanWest and thank-you again. We are humbled. I can’t recommend them enough.

Great company to deal with. The whole experience was pleasant. We received an estimate shortly after our initial conversation with the move coordinator. What I liked best was that they gave us a flat rate. Nothing worse than getting those “extra charges” surprises throughout the process. We experienced that when we moved 8 years ago with I think it was Allied or one of their partners. They quoted us what we thought was reasonable, but then the cost kept creeping up. Everything was great – they packed, moved us and nothing broke. Would definitely use again should we decide to move again.

This was our second time using Canwest Vanlines for a move – the best movers we have ever used. I can admit that I have pretty high standards. With any service that I hire , I expect professionalism, clear and prompt communication, respect of my personal items, no surprise fees, and showing up on time. They met my expectations – otherwise I wouldn’t have called them again for our second move.

I would recommend them to anyone who needs moving. Very professional, everything arrived to my new location safe and sound. Great contact throughout and never felt out of touch. A+.
