I moved from Michigan to Tennessee and chose Colonial Van Lines out of the group. I really loved their rep’s attitude and his honesty. I was really impressed that even though I wanted to compare other companies, I still came back to them because I liked the honesty that they had. I only had so many weeks before I needed to be in this state and starting work and the services and the expectations set by the moving coordinator were above accurate. It was greater than I thought it would be considering I was in such a haste to move. All the way across the board, the account manager, the coordinator, and the movers were excellent. It was a big move for me and I’ve never moved out-of-state. They did a really good job in handling my items and I was impressed. Overall, it was an excellent experience with Colonial. They made a tense moment for me very comfortable. I already recommended them to family and friends.
