We needed some furniture moved after refinishing our floors. This included a heavy refrigerator. Nick and Eric was amazing. We found DMS on Yelp and they were recommended highly. Charged additional $580 for a table and 3 seater couch during pick up. Charged additional $400 to deliver from a big truck to a smaller truck. We definitely don’t think there was a need as our community is fairly large and spacious. Even the building management said there is no problem.
I requested for more than 2 movers but only 1 mover came.
What a rip off.

They moved furniture for us before floors were being re-finished~ they were terrific! Everything was done perfectly and they even helped us move an outdoor grill not on the original plan. Highly recommend!!!

Great company that cares for its customers. There was a delay with my shipment due to the busy summer season. The President Rick reached out to me and apologized for the delay and also reimbursed me of reasonable and supportable expenses such as hotel and meals. Great company friendly staff that makes customers their priority.

My experience with DMS was awesome. Having read reviews of all the moving companies I had some concerns. I picked DMS I would consider the one star ratings to be an anomaly or maybe just BS. DMS moved my belongings from Brighton to their Canton facility for storage. Six weeks later when my new home was competed they moved the items to Florida.
Nothing was damaged or lost. The crew that picked up the items in Brighton as well as the crew that delivered them to Florida were outstanding, so much so that I tipped them well above the amount suggested on the internet. Laura the move coordinator was a pleasure to work with. The moves occurred as schedules with no delays.
