I am not sure why I am having such a wildly different experience than most other people seem to have with this company. Has the company recently changed hands or management? Not only have I experienced damage, but I can’t get a straight answer from them and I try calling and never once does the person who I am supposed to deal with pick up the phone, and now their mailbox is full.

Didn’t wrap the brass bed, totally tarnished in the pouring rain! Grumpy, and not personal. Did not wear masks at all. Although required with pandemic, and inside elevators and home. Wouldn’t recommend.

Our experience with Ferguson Moving and Storage was excellent. Quinn was very efficient in providing a quote, arranging move out, storage and the move back on. Our furniture was wrapped, carefully moved both in and out. Everything went like clockwork making our move stress free. We would highly recommend Ferguson Moving and Storage.

Quinn spent a lot of time discussing the project and my date changes over an unexpectedly extended period of storage, always with good humour. The guys who moved and packed my stuff into the moving/storage container were courteous, attentive to my requests and careful in the moving and packing. Conor and the fellows who had to unpack and resort my stuff in the warehouse were great and the guys who had to deliver my stuff to my condo and donation site did an excellent and careful job. Even the billing staff were efficient in issuance of paperwork! I would highly recommend Ferguson to anyone looking for a quality moving and storage company.
