Kleiner was very efficient with creating the estimate virtually during Covid. The estimate was fairly accurate. The delivery guys were prompt, called in advance and were very professional. Hard workers and very friendly. All of our furniture was in great condition. We would definitely recommend their services!

Moving with them was by far the most stressful part of buying and selling a home and moving. They grossly underestimated the moving costs, miscommunicated the scope of work, made a typo on their contract and then refused to apologize, take any ownership or even discuss the situation on the phone. The only thing worse than their inflated prices is their customer service.
Unfortunately I did not ask around enough before hiring them. I suggest asking people who recommend this company if they have ACTUALLY used them to move with. Save yourself the stress and headache and hire an organized, professional and honest company, not Kleiner.
