No communication and horrible service.

After promising bid and sales process, the packers arrived 2 days after the originally scheduled date. They seemed to be making good progress, but then they broke for lunch and never returned. As of this writing, my deposit had not been refunded..stay FAR AWAY from these guys.
Update. Deposit has been refunded, but no acceptable reason has been given for their failure to complete the move. I have been left with no movers and a tight deadline.
Untrust Worthy Business

Charged me a full months of permanent storage even though my items where in storage less then the 30 days. Will not refund me the remaining days. Think long and hard before hiring this company to do your move. Would rather go through the hassle of moving myself then using these guys again. Will tell you one thing and do the complete opposite.
