They made the move so much easier and smoother. And the set up for the move easier than I had thought the whole process would be, even down to the customer service team they were all pleasant and helpful throughout the entire process. I will definitely be recommending this service to several family friends/ relatives in their upcoming moving needs.

Had a pack up to ship to the West Coast. The guys showed up on time, were super respectful to us and the items, carefully wrapped and boxed the pieces, and crated with such efficiency the only thing that kept them was the rain. I have NO doubts that my items will show up perfect.

The crew at Mayflower were fantastic. We moved from SF area to Detroit. Our household goods was delivered to a storage space. We arrived 3 weeks later. The arrangements were effortless. We had a delay and they were great rescheduling us the following week. The men were arrived on time. All introduced themselves, and were professionals. They charged us exactly what was quoted, were efficient and courteous!

I recently moved from Atlanta to New York City and could not have been more pleased. Because I was on a budget, I packed my own boxes and they labeled them accordingly. Nothing was lost, stolen, or otherwise damaged. My furniture and things that could not be boxed were wrapped in blankets and handled carefully. The movers showed up on time both to pick up my things and to drop them off. Because I was moving into an apartment building with specific service elevator hours and scheduling, Mayflower was able to have an exact delivery date which was very important to me. While unpacking my crate on the street, none of my boxes were left unattended or out of eyesight. The movers were professional and efficient. After reading the horror stories on this review website I was extremely nervous about my experience, but I could not be more pleased.
