Mediocre service provider, at best – was assigned by corp. relocation. Definitely incapable of managing International moves – we made many moves cross Atlantic and in/out of Europe. They made blatant logistical errors and “forgot” to share customs invoices resulting in more than seven weeks of delay and incurring ~ $20K of excess costs. Instead of owning it & correcting the situation, they tried to come back to my employer for exceptional reimbursement (without asking me) and had an impolite, amateur “Global Group Director” accuse me that I didn’t do my part in calling their local agent, following up, seeking clarity on payments – which they are paid to do.
Such a frustrating experience that I am escalating them externally and to my employer (Kraft Heinz) to ensure no one else has to deal with this level of amateur service.

We had to leave thousands of dollars worth of items behind because of the gross underestimate of space needed.
Awful experience so far. We are moving from Maryland to Hawaii and shopped around for quotes. Paramount conducted a virtual walkthrough of the house where we video chatted with a representative where they viewed all of our belongings. We accepted their quote since it seemed the right mixture of service and price.
The moving crew showed up today and said that we have far too many materials in both volume and weight and cannot fit everything into the container space we were allocated by Paramount. We are now having to prioritize the furniture and belongings we are taking to Hawaii and having to scramble to sell or throw away the rest.
The quote we were given was extremely underestimated, possible on purpose to get us our business. Horrible experience so far.

Crew are very efficient, showing care and concern for personal belongings. Accurate timelines and consistent communication from the move coordinators facilitates move planning.
