What can I say. Very professional from beginning to end. Every one was involved was great and really did everything possible to make it a great experience. A big shout out to the team that actually moved me. They were professional, friendly and fast. I would use them again tomorrow.

This was the worst moving experience ever–and we have moved a lot. The truck arrived at 8 a.m. on the designated day, but there was only one 65-year-old driver–no other workers to unload. And the truck was completely full. My husband and I (both 65 as well) worked with the driver for 5 hours before ONE other man showed up–found by the driver, not the company. Finally, two others were hired and arrived at 5 p.m. One did no work at all. The final piece was out of the truck at 1 a.m.! Then we began to unpack. As usual, there were breakages, but we had bought full coverage insurance. Now the company is refusing to honor that insurance. Refuses to cover anything–from a $35 lamp shade that was crushed to the loss of a drawer from an antique French table worth thousands. Sent an appraiser with experience restoring furniture for national museums. He said table was authentic and valuable. Refused to accept his appraisal and instead employed someone across the country who looked at a few pictures and declared it a reproduction. Claimed table had been repaired, but it had not. Claimed it had a circular saw mark, which it does not. Why dismiss an in-person opinion for one based on photos from a phone? Every time we raise the issue, they lower the amount that they will cover

First off I’ve moved 3 other times with United Van lines. Never did I have experience which I encountered with this last move through PARKS MOVING & STORAGE INC.” My items were returned to me absolutely damaged, broken, soiled and remove from packaging.
THE WORST PART OF IT: THE MOST IMPORTANT BOX THEY LOST… had my new born sons collectibles from when he was first born, my LLC cert and past tax documents. I couldn’t have brought all this with me driving across country. HOW DO I GET MY BABIES FIRST FOOT PRINTS BACK PARKS MOVING & STORAGE INC/UNITED VAN LINES??????
I was horrified and so was the delivering company in regards to the condition of the goods being delivered into my house.
Paid $5500 for this move and the condition of the items look like it transferred five other times with different movers. I have asked for parks moving to provide me with a list of companies that all of my goods were transported. I have still yet to receive this information find it hard to believe that this company does not have the proper tracking documentation to provide me immediately.
It’s sad to say that I will never use United again because I don’t think you guys realize the caliber of subcontractors you have.
I had items that were packed very well which are broken. I had pillows on my sofa not even packed thrown on top of boxes. This is not how items were removed and wrapped from my home.
For claims report has been submitted but I’m deeply deeply unhappy with the quality of service I received. Out reimbursement 400 dollars.
