Paxton has made moving smooth and stress free – I cannot say enough good things about my experience. Like everyone, I despise moving, but Paxton made it painless. They wrapped my furniture, inventoried it, and stored it for future delivery. Everything was seamless and handled before I could even worry about it.

Paxton companies didn’t move us out of our apartment in California, but they did move us in when we arrived in Virginia. The movers were very professional and they explained everything to me prior to beginning unloading our stuff. They advised me to only sit down and advised them where I wanted things. Damaged goods. Experience was a nightmare. 70 inch TV was detroyed, along with an expensive computer desk and two lawnmowers and baby pictures were also destroyed. And it took almost 20 days to go from VA to AL.

I had a terrible experience when Paxton handled my relocation from Austin, Texas to Jakarta, Indonesia. My company has a policy of obtaining 3 bids for relocation services and I assume Paxton was the lowest bidder. Now I know why. For their low price they offer terrible customer service, very poor, inexperienced and careless packing. When my household effects arrived in Jakarta, numerous items were broken due to poor packing and my son’s mattress was simply missing. Customer service in settling my claim was slow and unresponsive, and the $.06/pound compensation payment was laughable.
I’ve moved abroad for my work throughout my career and Paxton has provided the worst experience for my family by far. If you’re looking for a good quality mover, choose Agility Logistics. They are professionals.
