up. Late, cancellations, very rude/passive aggressive “relocation coordinators”. They get annoyed when you call to see where the moving people, that are 5 hours late after no-showing the day prior, are. I had the misfortune of being assigned to work with Vicki, and her apathetic attitude, and lack of ability to simply do the job she was hired to do, caused one of the worst experiences of our entire move. We’ve relocated numerous times, and this is the first time we encountered any of the issues that came with using Paxton. Never again! I highly suggest using Wheaton, their phenomenal and we deeply regret being looped into using Paxton!

My original review of this company was very negative. At the time I was overwhelmed by the moving company. And had never used a moving company before. My expectations were not based on an understanding of the industry. I’ve moved two more times since then. This 3rd move was the worst. Having now experienced several different moving companies, I now want to give this one 4 stars. They sent the right amount of people to get the job done in a timely manner. The packing of the goods was outstanding. They used quality materials. They maintained a digital account of my possessions. They promptly responded when I placed a request for reimbursement of damaged goods (there wasn’t much damaged). As moving companies go – this was a good one?
