Company was 2hr and 15 min. late-brought himself and an older man and young man- 3 boys 12-13 years old-the boys did most of the loading-they would scoot things across the bottom of unit-my now stain-less steel refrigerator I said to them please don’t scoot that-started to go get the boss-he came around truck and let them continue to load like this-he was on phone most of the time. I have a lot of damage and broken items-called 4 times and Mr. **** ******** has not responded-I left messages every single time-talked to a very nasty lady the first day- July 5-18- 1-lg T.V-3 years old-L-9-will not work 2-Vizio TV-5 years old-32″-missing cord 3-Indian figurine-chack plaster-30’s my grandmothers-broke in half 4-gazing ball base-shattered “saw the kid drop this” 5-washer-brand new-Maytag-dent & scraped pegs out of cupboard that holds shelf-stainless steel refrigerator-handle scraped- lg nick on flower stand chip out of antique coffee table scrape along side of potato bin braces on box springs not put back on- nicks out of bedroom doorway- These are young kids-12-13 years old-they do not know how to move-does he even know they are working for him? This is just not right-and he will not answer my calls?

Piqua Transfer sent three men to move our daughter to her new apartment on May 2, 2016. Does everyone dread a move as much as I do – especially the short distance moves? These men made this move the easiest we’ve ever experienced! They worked quickly – carried heavy loads using “arm bands”. Amazing workmen!! Piqua Transfer charges their fee by the hour and they were not wasting any of the time. They finished the job under the suggested time frame! I have nothing but good to say about this company – starting with the guys in the office. Customer service was great! Kudos to all of you.
