The team consisted of the supervisor Gilbert doing the initial walk through and providing the proper supplies, and planning our pack out days. On pack and load days (3 total) consisted of Jesus and his team (Lawrence, Chito and Jeff) .
I have nothing but positive things to say, everyone was very courteous and professional. They all diligently and carefully packed our belongings.

Covid be damned, these guys made it early to the said appointment… to the point I wasn’t fully ready for it. Wanted to use this company for my storage pack up as I am getting ready to move to Korea for a year. They were pretty awesome overall. Very communicative about all the items that were being packed and they made sure to take very good care of as many things as possible. only snag was my antique table, passed down from my family, but they indicated they were going to mark it down so it could be covered when I pull it out of storage.
For a 5.5k weight estimate pack and pick up, they managed to start at 0830 and finish by 3:30pm. Started with 3 workers, had 2 more join in the middle and the initial 3 finished it off. Smooth sailing, kept the masks on the whole time, and were very friendly. Highly recommend if moving or storing items for a move

USPS could do a better job. RHM are so unorganized, raised their prices because they can, and holding people’s shipments for over a month and a half. If I knew this is what I was in for, I would have sold more of my stuff off and shipped the rest through FedEx.

I called with a short notice request and it was handled without a miss step and everyone was always there to cover the gaps when I was not organized or as prepared.
COVID prepared and easy to connect digitally as needed!

This was our fourth move utilizing RHM. As in the past, the professionals who were at the house to perform the “heavy lifting” were the best. They were efficient, diligent and polite. Our challenge this time and with past moves has been communicating with office personnel. Rarely were our voicemails or emails answered with any degree of haste. And when questions were answered, there were half answers or lacked follow through on actions by RHM.
