I worked with Esther Maier in Germany to get my German work permit. The entire process was so smooth that I barely had to do anything. For the city registration, I only needed to give my passport to Esther, who took care of everything for me. She also joined me to the Rathaus (town hall) for my work permit (EU Blue Card) appointment, and collected my physical permit card once it was ready.
I had a great experience and would be happy work with this company again.

I had my furniture moved from Belgium to Luxembourg. Starting from the quotation step all the way till the delivery everything went perfectly. The staff was super dedicated and efficient in all steps. I definitely recommend Santa Fe for those who are looking for a highly professional relocation service.

Shocking Service! Huge Disappointment!

I had been living in Hong Kong for 19 years so relocating to New York not an easy transition for me. After receiving visits from all the major companies and corresponding quotes, I chose to go with Santa Fe, not because their quote was the most competitive but because they gave me the most amount of re-assurance that I could trust them and that their after sales service was caring and efficient and that they would ensure I was treated with the highest priority.
My packing date was the 17th of October. Today is the 22nd of November, my shipment has NOT yet left Hong Kong and will only leave on the 29th of November. One month and 12 days, almost 6 WEEKS later and my shipment is still sitting in their warehouse. Why? because there were some customs forms outstanding. I received one, one line email in all this time to remind me about the forms. I had no idea that these forms were delaying the departure of my shipment. There was no sense of urgency or follow-up. It took an email from me asking when my shipment would arrive for them to tell me it hadn’t even left.There was NO delay in payment and they were very efficient in following up on payment. I find this complete lack of care of customer service appalling. Assist your customers by making sure they understand the urgency and then follow up as if you care, which I was assured they did. I HAD NO IDEA THAT WITHOUT THESE FORMS MY SHIPMENT COULD NOT LEAVE HONG KONG. The forms slipped my mind is what happened. Relocating to the US during COVID has been extremely stressful and there have been so many unforeseen things that I have needed to take care of, my shipment I felt confident was in good hands. I now realise I was grossly mistaken. I trusted Santa Fe to truly act in my best interests and support me during this time and for that I am now living in this nightmare. It will be 2021 before my goods arrive. There has also been no accountability, apology and very little follow-up. I guess it all comes down to money and they received their money and clearly no longer care.

They helped me navigate smoothly through the bureaucracy that comes with relocating to Portugal, in a short period of time and with little effort on my side. Flávia Basques, the consultant assigned to me, was a very supportive person with an amazing, positive attitude.

Santa Fe provided me a wonderful service from beginning to end.
Really friendly and kind stuff members accommodated all my requests with a smile, the price is good compared to similar offers from other companies and they delivered quickly to the final destination with no damage at all even to my fragile items. I would definitely recommend!
