Poor service Santa Fe UK

I have u used Santa Fe when moving from the Czech Republic to Korea and the again from Korea. Unfortunately I had to change plans on the recent move and have my items shipped to the UK and not Lebanon. Santa Fe Korea were brilliant, as they were in the Czech Republic but I was very unhappy with the service I received in the UK. I was charged because I could not receive my shipment the day after being told it was ready for delivery. When I offered the two following days, they could not deliver and then I also got charged for the weekend. It’s a shame because in other countries I have always been happy.
Move from Brussels to Berlin

Everything went perfectly well and the staff in Brussels and Berlin was excellent!

Furniture and car relocation nice and smoothly. Lot of problem with travel organisation, but I can understand because of Covid situation.
