Schumacher shipped some personal items for me from Los Angeles to the UK. They did an amazing job packing at origin, fast, efficient and care taken while packing the goods. The team kept me updated on the shipment, and I was contacted to make my duty payment in a timely fashion. Goods were made available quickly. The delivery team was unable to unpack due to Covid, but they were on time, friendly and placed the goods in the room as requested.

Really good experience, Jennifer was great as was the rest of the team to facilitate the move. The only issue was that on the day of removal one of the team was missing so it took slightly longer for the move to happen. The 3 guys that turned up worked really hard so it was tough on them but they did a great job.

Schumacher has been great the staff was professional and courteous and walked me through step by step. This is my first international move and it’s a very confusing process they made it simple and all costs associated were laid out clear as day. They were the only agency who had all charges clearly labeled on their estimate I would definitely use them again .

We had a shipment arriving from England that Schumacher Cargo managed upon arrival to the States. We had excellent communication with their representative, was kept fully informed of every step in the delivery process and everything was delivered exactly on the date/time scheduled. We had several pieces of china and fragile items that all arrived undamaged and in excellent condition.
