Joaquin Guzman was an excellent resource during our move. The video review of our contents went smoothly and Joaquin’s experience really helped guide us to a smooth cross country move. We had several questions after we had the original video and he answered our calls quickly and comprehensively . He made the very stressful move across country a much less stressful event.

My husband and I have relocated state-to-state 7 times over the past 27 years and have had less than stellar experiences with the companies we have dealt with. Davina Jones is, by far, the best person I have ever worked with prior to a move. She was extremely knowledgeable, professional, reliable and so easy to talk to. I felt like we had been friends for years! Due to her outstanding vigilance, I didn’t pursue any quotes from any other relocation companies. On a scale of 1-10, I give her a 20! She’s amazing!!

Such a great experience. This was honestly the best group of people I’ve dealt with to date. Very friendly and courteous. Everything was actually carefully packaged and wrapped. All the paperwork was explained very well, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience

Horrible experience. Most of the staff has been extremely rude and incompetent. The coordinator was very incompetent and clueless about the progress and issues throughout the unpacking process. Someone like her really shouldn’t be working in the service industry. I’ve moved overseas several times and have never encountered a packing company so unprofessional . From the shipment being late several weeks to staff having no idea what they were doing, there wasn’t a single positive aspect showed by the company.

Crew was excellent and accommodating. They were not there to simply deliver my items, they were there to help my family and i get settled. They were attentive, patient and really seem to enjoy what they were doing. They also understood that we appreciated them and their services. Thank you.
