Really disappointed with the claims process after I was encouraged by the movers to transport an electronic device on the truck, only to have it broken. Non-responsive, unhelpful and no accountability. If I wanted this kind of shoddy service, I would have hired a couple of local guys off Craig’s list to move us from our apartment into our new home at a fraction of the cost. Over-priced and crappy customer service.

Movers took an inordinate amount of time. They were polite, but very slow and careless. They damaged several items and lost others. Luckily, the concierge at my building (who was concerned about the movers) checked to make sure they’d taken everything. The concierge found several items left behind including a large and very valuable (26 x 40 inch) piece of artwork. When I contacted the company and reported that the artwork and other items were missing, there was zero customer service. It was a terrible experience.

*0 Stars* We used Tippet for a cross country move and had a horrible experience. We initially chose them based on their reputation for “white glove” treatment but were dismayed with the condition of our boxes when we received them. Items were broken, boxes had been previously used, items were missing.
We had hoped that dealing with the president, Scott Naler, would help us but he refused to call or email us back.

The first crew of our two day move included a high school kid, a chain smoker and a guy that had to take a 1o minute break every 10 minutes. It took 9 hours to load the truck. The unload at our rural location took 2 hours less despite the crew needed to use a shuttle truck as the large couldn’t make it up the gravel road in to the house. The bill included bogus charges for wrapping etc that wasn’t actually supplied. When I complained about the weak effort from the first crew I got told June was a busy time and it was a hot day. Had to contact them 4 times to get them to reverse the bogus charges and even them they didn’t refund the full amount. Will NEVER NEVER used TR again. Don’t be fooled by the impression they try and give you that they are elite and their crews are full time professional movers. It’s not true.

Outstanding pack from Mondial movers to partner Tippet Richardson with a fantastic unload. Crews on both sides of the ocean were excellent Our car was shipped and off loaded with zero damage or problems. Would highly recommend both. No damage thus far.
