At first I was afraid of having people move my stuff due to the fragility of my items (tv’s, jewelry, fine dinnerware, etc.) but after being assured by Sam his team would handle everything with care I went with them. When Chris and Ahmed arrived they kept me informed on how they do things and took extra care with my things as if it was their own move. I’ve been trying to cancel my move with Two Small Men Big Hearts. I booked a move for October 1st and was quoted by Darren. It turned out I would have to change the date and I called two weeks ago, as well as emailed, to ask if I can change my date and have received no response. I also left a voicemail saying that if nobody can get back to me, then I would have to cancel. Nobody ever got back to me. I have a fear that a truck will show up and I will not be there. ******* ** *** ******* ****** ** ******* **** ** ****** **** ** * **** **** *** **** ****** ******** I will not be going ahead with them even if they can accommodate a reschedule and I am done trying to get in touch with them. Customer service is nonexistent at this point.

Today august 15/2020 I was booked to have two small men with big hearts show up between 9:00 and 10:00am to move me out. At 9:30 I received a call and the dispatcher told me I can’t get ahold of the guys they must have been out late last night. She then asked if I could switch the day this was the last day I had possession of the house! She then promised to have someone to my place by 11. I called again around 10:30 to touch base and see what was going on she said she still cannot get ahold of them and wouldn’t give me any sort of time frame. I decided to call the office number I found on line they put me on hold and when they came back they said the dispatch had already told me what’s going on and they asked me what I expect them to do……. really I expect someone to show up and move my stuff I said and I told her this is extremely unprofessional. And then the phone went blank, I can only assume they hung up on me. So now 11 I had to call around and find the only available rental truck in my area and scramble to find people to help me move to get out in time for the new owners to take possession. They later called and said they can have a truck come by between 1 and 5….. too little to late. Terrible customer service and just terrible people in general
