I am not thrilled. We did a military move and used this company. As we began to unpack we realized nothing was labeled correctly. On box was packed with a kitchen pot and the toilet bowl brush. None of the boxes were labeled correctly which is pretty frustrating when needing essentials first. About 80% of our big furniture has damaged. Our TV stand, dog house, and desk are just to name a few. They are complete unusable. After making a big move we dont have money to just replace these things we used everyday. Beyond disappointed. I feel as though the amount of damage done is disrespectful.

Do not believe their straight talk price assurance. After paying them almost $20k to move from Florida to Colorado, they came up with an additional $3700 to get my belongings out of storage. If I didn’t pay, then they would hold it hostage. Even after explaining the problem they created on their end, they were not willing to work with me to pay off the balance. Not sure if any other movers are any better – but if you really want to know how much it’s going to cost – don’t go here.

I had to move my household goods from New Jersey to Florida. My friend, who owns a local moving and storage company could not do the job and referred me to United. They did an incredible job; prompt, polite and on-time. In Florida, the truck could not get close to the house so they pondered getting a smaller truck to off-load/load and get the stuff closer to my house. Rather than wait for a decision from corporate, the driver, and his helper, simply walked all my property about 200 yards down the road.
I know moving is risky business and I hear all of the complaints here, but I was pleased and maybe just lucky.
