First time using a moving company. The movers were careful with my belongings and pretty efficient getting my belongings in and out.

We have used VanCity for two moves and have had no damage, no extra charges and an overall pleasant experience – how often can you say that about a move? We happily had a fixed quote both times. Stuff happens when you move, a fixed quote gave us peace of mind.

We were really pleased with VanCity and have used them twice now. A fixed quote is a great idea – so many things can happen that can extend your move time. In our case where we were told to park the truck by the condo management wasn’t available and out items had to be hiked in further than we had anticipated. Nothing was damaged in either move. The guys were very respectful of the people in the building using the elevator and hallways efficiently. We were not nickle-and-dimed to death with extra charges like specialty packing boxes. They brought what we needed and took it away after the move. We would use them again knowing we would have a worry-free move.

David, Jason and Lester did an amazing job during our move from Vancouver to Victoria. Stress free for us. Everything was packed securely and done in a quick efficient way. I highly recommend Van city moving. We have used them twice and very happy both times. We received a fixed quote, movers were friendly, efficient and courteous and on time. We bought boxes from them and got a refund on the boxes when we returned them.
