I have moved several times in my life (military). This was one of the smoothest and easiest moves I have ever had! The packers came the first day, they were quick, efficient, cooperative, and responsive. They packed everything with care and really listened when I made suggestions as to how to pack certain things (my 6-foot light-up Eiffel Tower).
Most of that same crew came back the next day to move the items onto the truck. Again, they were quick, efficient, cooperative, and responsive.
Moving in to my new place was just as quick, efficient and cooperative.

DO NOT trust them with your household goods. We had them move us from Los Angeles to Montana, it took a week longer than what they said it would take and they caused damage to multiple pieces. The most egregious was breaking this chair and never saying anything to us about it. On the forms it says you have nine months to make a claim, we put ours in within days of the move, but they are refusing to pay anything because we signed the inventory sheets. The driver had two helpers bringing things in very quickly and never checking off any items or doing anything much besides bringing it in and putting in one room. Then he wanted us to sign the papers so he could leave and when we asked what if we find we are missing something or there were damages and he said “Don’t worry about it. You have plenty of time.” Well, now they are saying because we didn’t note anything on the inventory sheets we get nothing!! We have had other national movers move us and cause some damage but they took responsibility and made sure that everything was repaired. These guys are only looking to line their own pockets. Do not trust them with anything.

This was my second time using Wheaton and it was another great experience. The quality of their drivers is top notch. Both of my moves were cross country. They do a great job packaging and securing your belongings. I appreciate the high quality of the drivers rigs and air ride trailers. The drivers and help have always been well organized.

There isn’t a low enough rating to assign to the type of service Wheaton Worldwide and Bekins Solutions provided to us for our move from PA to CA. Their communication was poor, our truck was delayed, and our boxes were in terrible condition when received. Luckily, we had very little damage to our boxed goods – our china and crystal were in perfect condition, but our furniture had many scratches and dents. I would not recommend this company.

Wheaton World Wide Moving was assigned to our move by Bekins Moving Solutions. In summary, our home goods were more than 2 weeks late, arrived damaged, and I was luckily able to watch the inept movers damage more than 4 pieces of large furniture while it was being moved into our home (including having 2 legs broken completely off of a large office desk and dropping a sofa on our wood floors).
Wheatons World Wide Moving was unable to find a driver to bring our goods to us for more than a week, and provided no communication at all until we started calling their office every 30 minutes during the day. This was after our contract date was breached by more than a week. The verbiage that they used during our phone conversations made it seem like it was our fault that they couldn’t find a driver for 2 weeks, got a flat tire in the desert, and had clumsy people moving our furniture out of their truck and into our home.
I wish that Yelp had a 0 star review; Wheaton World Wide Moving would be deserving of it. If you value your time, money, and sanity never use this company for moving an entire homes worth of furniture and boxes, let alone a single spoon. Find someone else regardless of how much more expensive they are.
On top of all this, the movers DID NOT WEAR MASKS IN OUR HOME OR WHEN AROUND OTHER PEOPLE. THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST PART OF THIS ENTIRE EXPERIENCE. This will be sent to the BBB and any other local place of authority that I can find. In this day and age any company not forcing their employees to wear masks doesn’t deserve to be in business.
This company and their claims department is a joke; I’m sure that a small claims court will be able to handle our issues in a better manner.
